Beyond the Hustle is a women-centered empowerment and entrepreneurial development organization founded by four dynamic Louisville women: Kiana Herd, Jade Ari, Kiya Marie, and Dallas Dreu.

Each founder brings her own unique gifts — creativity, leadership, strategy, storytelling, and community-building — coming together to create safe, powerful spaces for women of all ages to grow, connect, and elevate.

Our mission is simple yet transformative:
